The College Advisory Council facilitates the communication of ideas and issues deemed important by members of the College community.
Functions

to provide a forum for ongoing discussion

to provide a link among students, faculty and administrators
Process
Discussions in a collegial climate of mutual respect and trust.
Procedure

The council meets once a week for an hour.

Open meetings may be held at the discretion of the council.

Any member of the College community may offer agenda items for consideration. (In deference to the principle of subsidiarity, topics that should be dealt within another area should first be considered there.) If possible, the agenda should be submitted to the Office of Student Services 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

The council's minutes will be disseminated weekly.
Campus: 
Five faculty: Two elected, two appointed by the president
and one faculty member is selected in May and will continue for a second year to provide continuity.
Five students: president of Undergraduate Association, ex-officio, two elected by students by Student Senate and two appointed by Student Council
