Established in 1988, the B.S.N. Club is open to all nursing majors upon admission to the nursing program. The purposes of the club are:
fosters the development of leadership qualities
strengthens commitment to the ideals and purposes of the profession
provides a support system for existing and new students
provides services to increase health awareness to the college community
disseminates information to enrich student life
The club has a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and a faculty adviser. The faculty adviser at the Long Island Campus is Barbara Carlstrom and Dr. Tae Sook Kim in Brooklyn.
Meetings are held monthly while school is in session.
