An integral part of any undergraduate curriculum is the selection of elective courses. At St. Joseph’s College, it is recommended that students choose electives that best supplement their major area of study. To aid in this process, St. Joseph’s implements a series of career readiness tracks to help students utilize their elective credits in a way that will best prepare them to enter a profession that suits their interest.
The career tracks combine liberal arts offerings with introductory professional courses, enabling students to explore several areas related to their major. Students who complete the requirements of one or more of these career readiness tracks receive appropriate certificates and notations on their transcripts.
