How to apply for the Nurse Faculty Loan Repayment Program

  1. Download and complete the NFLP application
  2. Make an appointment for an interview with Dr. Sands by e-mailing pchiarella@sjcny.edu
  3. Complete the required FAFSA application
  4. Sign and return the award letter to the Financial Aid Office
  5. Complete the promissory note with the Financial Aid Office
