A health clearance and photocopy of liability and malpractice policy with minimum coverage of $1,000,000/$6,000,000 are required prior to enrolling in clinical courses. All students and faculty are required to maintain their own health insurance.
Students are also required to provide proof of professional licensure and certification in basic life support (BLS). Clinical/lab courses are also assessed additional fees that can be found in the course offerings booklet.
Additional requirements may apply based on clinical/practicum agency placements.
