This 12-credit certificate prepares practitioners to plan, implement and evaluate education and training programs in a variety of institutional settings.
Courses taken for the training and staff development certificate may be applied toward the B.S. in Community Health and Human Services, Health Administration, General Studies or Organizational Management.

A minimum of 12 credits toward this certificate must be taken at St. Joseph’s College. Approval is necessary before registering for the practicum. A 2.0 cumulative index with a grade of B or better in the practicum is required.
