These include avoidance of any illegal psychoactive substances or abusing any legal substances, including alcohol and prescription medications. Students applying for practicums must adhere to these guidelines. Furthermore, all applicants for practicums are subject to substance abuse screening by the agency as a precondition for participating in the practicum. The agency reserves the right to conduct additional screening at any time during the student’s practicum.
