Program Integrity

The United States Department of Education’s program integrity rule requires St. Joseph’s College to provide all prospective and current students with the contact information of the state agency or agencies that handle complaints against postsecondary education institutions offering distance learning or correspondence education within that state.
Prior to filling out a complaint with the state, we encourage our students to try to resolve the issue by following steps outlined in the St. Joseph's College Student Handbooks. Students who deem their issue was not solved at the college level and who wish to file a complaint regarding St. Joseph’s College may do so by contacting:

We have submitted a registration application to the Maryland Higher Education Commission. At this time, the College is registered through June 30, 2014. St. Joseph’s College is subject to investigation of complaints by the Office of the Attorney General of the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
