In addition to a selected set of three core courses, each student interested in pursuing a B.A. in the social sciences is required to complete 30 credits in one of the three disciplines: sociology, political science or economics. A criminal justice major is also offered. A minimum department C index is required and a maximum of 15 credits may be transferred toward the major.
