RUS 151 ELEMENTARY RUSSIAN I

Campus: St. Joseph's College,Brooklyn Campus St. Joseph's College, Long Island Campus
A communicative approach to the fundamentals of the Russian language with emphasis on the alphabet, listening comprehension, speaking and cultural awareness. This course, along with RUS 152, is designed to enable students to communicate in Russian in everyday situations. For students who have no (or little) previous knowledge of Russian. 3 hours a week, 1 semester, 3 credits. Fall.

RUS 152 ELEMENTARY RUSSIAN II

Campus: St. Joseph's College,Brooklyn Campus St. Joseph's College, Long Island Campus
A continuation of RUS 151 with increasing emphasis on oral communication, grammatical structures, reading, writing and appreciation of Russian culture. Open to students who have completed RUS 151 or its equivalent. 3 hours a week, 1 semester, 3 credits. Spring.
