Policy
• Unofficial transcripts prior to 1980 are not available; an official transcript must be requested. How to request an official transcript.
• Unofficial transcripts will not be processed for students with unpaid debts or outstanding obligations to St. Joseph’s College.
• All fulfilled unofficial transcripts will be available for in-person pick up or will be mailed. They cannot be faxed or sent via email due to the security and integrity of the student's academic record.
In-Person Request
• present a photo ID
• provide Social Security number

An email transmission must include written authorization that the unofficial transcript may be released, include your Social Security number and provide a telephone/cellphone number where one can be contacted, if additional information is needed.
