The Office of Special Events hosts two major fundraising events each year, the Annual Dinner Dance in the fall and the SJC Golf Tournament in the spring. The annual Dinner Dance provides a wonderful opportunity for the College to present the Distinguished Citizen and the Outstanding Alumni Awards to exceptional friends and alumni. Each award is given in recognition of the commitment to education and service. This year, the College will honor Lisa Rose ’97, of Clare Rose, Inc., on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY. All proceeds will benefit student scholarships.
