Triple-Play Fundraiser

You may either sign up with a team of six people, or you may sign up individually and we will place you on a team. The registration fee is $7 per person, and spectators are encouraged to make a $5 donation.

Prizes: Each member of the winning team will receive a $25 gift card to Yogi’s All American Grill and Sports Bar. There will also be a 50/50 raffle at the event. If you are unable to attend, but would like to participate in the raffle, you may purchase tickets in advance.
