Board Room Gallery

The Board Room Gallery is the site for a diverse schedule of exhibitions presented throughout the school year. In cooperation with the Long Island Council for the Arts, the art department coordinates shows that feature faculty and student work, community art groups and prominent artists from the Long Island and New York City area.

Recent shows have included the work of DrawBridge, a community based arts organization from Oakland, CA, that works with children of homeless families; paintings by Diana Kurz, whose Portraits of Remembrance: An Artist’s Response to the Holocaust has been widely praised; and Mythomathematic Musings, a retrospective of the work of John Cino, a St. Joseph’s faculty member and acclaimed sculptor.
