A copy of all paperwork must be submitted to the Office of Global Studies in room N304A in O’Connor Hall.
Student Application Packet
This packet includes a formal application, photo permission page and a behavioral agreement. All study abroad participants must submit a completed application along with a copy of their passport and medical insurance card.
Permission to Take Off-Campus Courses Document
The registrar requires approval for all courses not taken at SJC. If you are participating in a short-term study abroad program or a long-term program with another university, this form must be filled out and submitted for approval prior to going away.
Leave of Absence Document
St. Joseph’s College requires that all students leaving the campus for a semester submit a leave of absence form. This form will hold your place at SJC until you return.
