Student Health Services is committed to creating an environment that fosters health promotion. By identifying the individual and community issues that affect health, Health Services will support the academic mission of the College by creating a healthy environment that will enhance student learning and responsibility. Our Motto: “Keeping Campus Healthy One Life at a Time” serves to remind students of our commitment to assist them in meeting their health care needs while recognizing their individuality and right to privacy.
By meeting student’s personal health needs, the Health Services staff will enhance student learning and growth and encourage their personal, academic and career goals.

The Center provides information on immunization requirements, insurance information, and maintains all health forms required by the College. In addition, the Center assists students with medical leaves of absence.
Immunization Records
The Office of Career Development, Wellness and Disability Services is responsible for collecting and maintaining student immunization records. Prior to the first day of class, students must provide documentation that proves they have received the required immunizations. We are also responsible for following up with those students who do not send their records in, to ensure Department of Health compliance. We are able to provide copies of medical records for students who have graduated, are transferring or for those who need them for their jobs.
Medical Leaves of Absence
The Office of Career Development, Wellness and Disability Services is responsible for facilitating medical leaves of absence. If a student becomes ill, either mentally or physically, or is injured in some way, they should contact our office to discuss the possibility of taking a medical leave of absence.
