The Office of Multicultural Student Life welcomes all students, regardless of racial or ethnic backgrounds. The office develops, implements and builds programs, services and resources that foster intercultural and cross-cultural understanding and respect. To further the mission of St. Joseph’s College, this office collaborates with other College offices, clubs and outside organizations to provide support and direction to students and faculty.

Sponsors programs that are educational, cultural and social which support diversity initiatives and promote cultural awareness and appreciation
Assists in facilitating diversity initiatives committee meetings in order to remain abreast of the College’s mission to improving diversity on campus
Sponsors diversity training for students, staff and faculty
Encourages student leadership and involvement as well as program collaboration
