The Office of the Registrar maintains custody of all student
records in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
and provides support services to students, faculty and administration of St.
Joseph's College. The office seeks:
to accomplish an accurate, secure and effective database system
to follow and interpret institutional policies and programs protecting the integrity of the degree
to provide needed services to a diverse student population in a courteous, efficient and confidential manner
to encourage students to maintain a spirit of excellence and academic achievement
Contact the Office of the Registrar in Brooklyn or the Office of the Registrar on Long Island for questions pertaining to registration, transcripts, grades, enrollment verifications and degree audits.
St. Joseph’s College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verifications. Outside agencies that need to confirm degree information will need to contact the National Student Clearinghouse online at www.degreeverify.com or e-mail them at email@example.com.
