Yoga Nidra Classes

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that induces full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. All you have to do is lie on a yoga mat, close your eyes and follow the guided instruction.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy involves the process of adapting yoga very specifically to the various needs of an individual. In these sessions you work in a one-to-one setting where a unique home practice is created. Yoga therapy can be applied to a wide range of physical and mental/emotional conditions and can be practiced alongside any other form of treatment or healing. Yoga therapy complements medical treatment and is not a substitute for clinical care.
