Health and wellness fair
|The annual Health and Wellness Fair is held in the spring semester and is intended to spread awareness through educating students and the College community on both western and eastern modalities of health and healing.|
These classes are for anyone looking to get a great workout while learning how to move the body in a fun and therapeutic way. Learn about various cultures and different dance styles while strengthening and toning the entire body.
Yoga is an ancient practice that builds strength and flexibility for the body, mind and spirit. Various classes are offered throughout the semester to either induce full body relaxation, vigorous heating flows and gentle cooling flows.
Meditation is practiced around the world across all faiths and cultures for relaxation and spiritual development. It is a method for coming into stillness to observe the mind and become more aware of the present moment.
