Heidi Hayden is the chief human resources officer for Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. and has almost 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to beginning her career in human resources, Ms. Hayden served four years on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps.
She holds a B.S. in Organizational Management, an M.S. in Human Resource Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute. Ms. Hayden is an adjunct faculty member in the School of Graduate Management Studies and, in addition, facilitates the PHR/SPHR certification preparation course at St. Joseph’s College. Ms. Hayden is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
