Edgar Daniels, NBCT, has been working in the educational field for more than 20 years. An assistant professor in the Department of Child Study, he holds National Board Certification issued by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and has taught at various schools, including Stony Brook University as well as within the Smithtown school district. 

Mr. Daniels formed Daniels’ Educational Services in 2003, a firm that works toward teambuilding, mentoring, cognitive coaching and facilitating change for individuals and those involved in educational and business organizations. Mr. Daniels has received a number of awards and recognitions, including being selected for Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers four times.  In 2001, he was inducted into the New York State Academy for Teaching and Learning.

Mr. Daniels is a member of several organizations, including the American Federation of Teachers, United University Professors and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
