D.M. (Doctor of Management), Case Western Reserve University

Dr. Krug joined St. Joseph’s as a full-time faculty member in 2008 after a 35-year career in industry — the last 23 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank. The diverse courses taught at the graduate level — including Organizational Theory and Design, Operations Management and Supply Chain, and Strategic Management — mirrors equally varied work experience in several industries. He also teaches Organizational Behavior at the undergraduate level. Marrying theory and practice in the classroom, Dr. Krug helps students focus on application and the ability to utilize what they have learned on a real-time basis. In addition to the focus on course content, he focuses students on the qualities that make them better managers.

Dr. Krug currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Society for Business Ethics, where he is also the society’s treasurer. He is active in the Academy of Management, as well as the Eastern Academy of Management where he has held several roles.

At St. Joseph’s, he serves on the school-wide Curriculum Committee and the School of Professional and Graduate Studies Advisory Council.
