Procedure
Two meetings each semester with additional meetings are required.
Open meetings may be held at the discretion of the council.
Any member of the College community may offer agenda for consideration. (In deference to the principle of subsidiarity, topics that should be dealt within another area should first be considered there.) The agenda should be submitted to the dean’s secretary 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
