Title: "Leadership: Practical Implications for the Organization"
Abstract: This discussion will focus on three primary areas: 1) a practical definition of leadership and its relationship to "management"; 2) the qualities of great leaders; and 3) the implications of the digital world on being able to fulfill the leadership role. The discussion can be customized to an organization’s current needs.
