Phonathons

WHAT IS A PHONATHON?

During a phonathon, St. Joseph’s students call SJC alumni to:

  • offer first-hand news of the College

  • provide alumni with the opportunity to support SJC with a gift to the St. Joseph’s College Fund

  • discuss campus events

  • answer questions

  • update e-mail and postal addresses

Current SJC students make calls during phonathon, which occurs two to three times per year. During last winter’s phonathon, callers made more than 2,000 calls and raised thousands of dollars for the St. Joseph’s College Fund.

DID YOU RECEIVE A PHONATHON CALL?

Please tell us what you think by sending an email to Kimberly Branach at kbranach@sjcny.edu.

St. Joseph’s College Fund supporters believe in SJC and in the power of giving back to the College. While tuition covers part of the cost of an SJC education, St. Joseph’s College Fund donors, the endowment, corporations and foundations supply the rest.
