PATCHOGUE, NY – October 20, 2011 – The School of Arts and Sciences at St. Joseph’s College will host its fall Open House for high school and transfer students on Sunday, November 6 at 10 a.m. at its Long Island Campus in Patchogue, NY.
Prospective students and their families are invited to tour SJC’s beautiful 51-acre lakeside Long Island Campus featuring outstanding facilities, including a state-of-the-art Business Technology Center and the 48,250-square-foot John A. Danzi Athletic Center. Guests are also invited to meet with faculty, financial aid advisors and admissions representatives to talk about their respective areas of study as well as discuss the application process, scholarships, grants and loans.
“The annual fall Open House enables students and families to see firsthand the wealth of opportunities at St. Joseph's College,” said Gigi Lamens, associate vice president for enrollment management. “Faculty, staff, students and alumni are on hand to introduce them to our academic programs, state-of-the-art technology, student activities, services and facilities. This event will help visitors understand why SJC was rated among the best colleges in the north by U.S. News & World Report and Forbes Magazine.”
