RSS News Feeds

St. Joseph’s College provides the latest news headlines and upcoming events delivered directly to your computer, PDA or cell phone with the College’s RSS feeds. When the Office of Public Relations distributes a press release it will automatically be distributed as an RSS feed.

What is RSS?

RSS, commonly referred to as Really Simple Syndication, is a convenient way to stay current and keep up with your favorite news and information. RSS feeds can be configured to monitor news from a variety of sources and deliver Web content directly to your browser.

How do I use RSS?

The most common way to view RSS feeds is by downloading a news reader or news aggregator to display feeds to which you subscribe. RSS reader programs vary depending on your individual needs, so it is important to follow each program’s directions for signing up.

Many RSS reader programs are available online for free and are easy to use.
