The Office of Graduate Management Studies at St. Joseph’s College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Management beginning January 2018.
The successful candidate will possess an earned doctorate from an accredited institution and relevant industry experience; ABD will be considered. In addition, an MBA is preferred. Evidence of outstanding teaching ability must also be demonstrated.
Responsibilities include teaching twenty-one credits per academic year with courses assigned during the day, evening, and/or online. An interest and willingness to teach online is required. The primary instructional responsibilities will be to teach graduate management courses including Organizational Theory and Design, Strategic Management, and Operations and Quality Management. Undergraduate courses may also be assigned. Additional responsibilities include working with colleagues to advise and mentor undergraduate students. The candidate must have day, evening, and weekend availability.
