Presented as part of St. Joseph's College "How to" Webinar Series, this live session will feature Megan Haughton '07, RN-BC, CCM, MSA, director of case management at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. She will provide tips for becoming an inspirational mentor and leader for those looking to take on the role of mentor.

Haughton holds an Master of Arts in Nursing Administration from Columbia University and an Master of Science in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. She is board certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center in medical surgical nursing and also holds certification in case management through Case Management Society of America. Haughton's cumulative years of nursing experience are in the areas of pediatric, geriatric, telemetry, rehabilitation and medical surgical nursing.

A graduate of St. Joseph's College's Nursing program, Haughton is an active mentor for interested SJC students and graduates who are part of the College's SJCmentor program.
