Educational Housing at the St. George Hotel, New York’s #1 resource for student housing, and St. Joseph’s College have joined forces to bring you the best in residential life. For the 2008-2009 academic year, we are offering three different types of rooms for our students on a “first-come, first-served” basis. The room types are as follows:

· Triple Standard Studio: $10,440 (3 - person occupancy)

· Double Standard Weller: $11,205 (2 - person occupancy)

· Single Standard Weller: $11,871 (single occupancy) – upperclassmen only

Each room is fully furnished with beds and desks for each resident, a full bathroom, Internet access, and a cable television. The enclosed brochure highlights many of the features of the St. George Hotel.

The application deadline for the Fall semester is April 30th; January 3rd for the Spring semester. Housing is given to students on a first-come, first-served basis. To file an application, please fill out the printable off-campus housing application and send it in to the admissions office.
