Dr. Hudec earned an Associates
Degree in Liberal Arts from CUNY, a B.A.
in English Literature and an M.S. Ed.
from Wagner College and a
Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration,
Leadership and Technology from New
York University. Prior to working at
St. Joseph’s College, she was
a faculty member and Director of
Non-traditional Career Students Office
at Kingsborough Community College.
Before that, Dr. Hudec was the Counseling
Coordinator of the Freshmen Year
Experience at Kingsborough. Before
working at Kingsborough, she was
Director of Student Activities and
The Wagner Union at Wagner College.
Dr. Hudec was employed as a part-time
faculty member at Wagner College and
St. John’s University.
The Senior Administrative Assistant to the
Dean of Students and Student Life is Ms. Kean Hawker, khawker@sjcny.edu. Ms. Hawker earned an Associates degree
from CUNY. She is currently attending
Lehman College where she is pursuing a B.S.
in Psychology. Prior to working at St.
Joseph’s College, Ms. Hawker was an
Administrative Assistant at Kingsborough
Community College.
The Dean of Students and Student Life’s Office is committed to supporting a vibrant and diverse campus community. The Dean of Students and Student Life is responsible for the planning, development, coordination and supervision of programs, services and activities outside the classroom.
