Free Student Email For All SJC Students
Free student web-based email is now available for all St. Joseph's students.
Webmail is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.
Start either the Firefox, Netscape or Internet Explorer web
browser and enter in the following web address: http://student.sjcny.edu AOL Users:
After connecting to the internet using AOL you must minimize
your AOL browser and then start the Firefox, Netscape or Internet
Explorer browser. Webmail will not work with the AOL browser.
Login Names and Passwords:
The format of your login name and password will depend upon
when you have enrolled at St. Joseph's College. Please see the
appropriate column below for the correct format. Your login
name is also your email address.

Your
login name is your initials followed by the last 4 digits
of your social security number and "@student.sjcny.edu"
Your password is the last 4 digits of your social security
number.
Login Example:
Mary Elizabeth Smith, SS# 123-45-6789
Username: mes6789@student.sjcny.edu
Password: 6789 |
Your
login name is your WebAdvisor ID followed
by "@student.sjcny.edu"
Your password is your birth date in the following format: MMDDYY
If you do not know your WebAdvisor ID please visit http://webadvisor.sjcny.edu
Click the "Account Information"
link and then the "What's My User ID?" link.
Complete the required fields and click the Submit button.
Your WebAdvisor ID will be displayed.

Please change your password once you log in!
Changing Passwords:

Please change your password to a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers.

Click once on the Settings icon located on the top right side of the screen.

Click once on the Password link located on the right side of the screen.

Enter your Current Password

Enter your New Password
-
Reenter your New Password
Note: Please make sure that you enter your password
without having the cap locks on. Webmail is case sensitive. To be on
