Elementary or special education student teaching - Fall 2008

Students who plan to do elementary or special education student teaching next semester in addition to registering for C.S. 414 or C.S. 424, must attend one Student Teaching Placement Meeting and must submit the placement forms to the Placement Coordinators by Wednesday, March 12th.

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for forms received after March 12th. No placement forms or resumes will be accepted after Tuesday, March 18th for student teaching in the fall.

At these meetings, the student teaching placement process will be discussed and placement forms will be distributed. If, for a serious reason, you cannot attend a placement meeting, please leave your name and phone number on the Placement Coordinator’s email or voice-mail prior to the scheduled meetings. You are responsible for all deadlines!

Six copies of your resume must be submitted to the Placement Coordinators (Barbara Hanlon for 414; Barbara Traola for 424) no later than Tuesday, March 18th. Resume writing workshops for student teaching applicants are offered by Dr. Anna Bess Robinson of the Career Services Office.
