The Golden Eagles are the third seed in the tournament and the Violets of NYU are the sixth seed. FREE PIZZA AND BEVERAGES WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING AT 5:30 P.M.

The semifinal round will take place on Saturday, March 8 and the championship game will be held on Sunday, March 9. Each round of the ECAC Tournament will be hosted by the higher seed. LET'S GO EAGLES!

ECAC Metro Tournament Seeding:

3. St. Joseph’s-LI
4. Brooklyn
5. Rutgers-Newark
6. New York University
7. New Jersey City

Coincidentally, the Golden Eagles were matched up with NYU in the #1-#8 game of the ECAC Tournament last season with the top-seed Violets playing host. SJC dropped that contest 87-68.

St. Joseph’s has enjoyed the finest season in their history by posting a program-high 21 victories and reaching the Skyline Conference Championship game. The team features two 1,000 point career scorers - David Acree and Phil Lipari – who were named to the All-Skyline team today. Acree was a first team selection while Lipari made the second team.
