St. Joseph’s College To Hold Human Resources Forum
Educational Seminar Designed to Meet the Needs of Long Island’s HR Professionals

What: As part on an annual series, St. Joseph’s College will hold a Focus on Human Resources breakfast seminar on important topics in the management of human resources. This is an educational forum designed to meet the needs of Long Island’s human resources professionals at all levels. The purpose of this forum is to encourage discussion and networking on innovative approaches to the challenges of daily human resources life.

More and more is being written about the use of coaching to enhance business performance. What exactly is coaching and when is it appropriate and for whom? What are the pros and cons of internal and external coaches? How is success measured? What about confidentiality? Where do you find an external coach? What criteria should you use? Find out the answers to these questions and more from presenter Kathy Bernard, President of KFB Leadership Solutions as she discusses: “Coaching: One Size Definitely Does Not Fit All.”

This event is open to the public. A fee of $10 can be paid in advance or at the door and includes a continental breakfast. For more information or to register, please call (631) 447-3259 or email jpetrone@sjcny.edu.
