SJC Presents A Night With Hypnotist Tom DeLuca
Nationally Acclaimed Hypnotist Back By Popular Demand

PATCHOGUE, NY – SEPTEMBER 27, 2007 –The Student Government and Alumni Associations of St. Joseph’s College are proud to present renowned hypnotist, Tom DeLuca on October 19, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. in the D’Ecclesiis Auditorium located on the College’s Long Island Campus. Known for his unique ability to call upon the hidden caves of his volunteers’ own minds through the power of suggestion and the volunteers’, often unrealized, natural creativity, DeLuca has been voted “Entertainer of the Year” four times by colleges all across the nation.

“Colleges have me return to their campuses because they like my show and I believe traditions are reciprocal relationships,” explains hypnotist, Tom DeLuca. “When campuses have a flair for making a performer feel at ease and at home (especially after a string of hard days on the road!), a performer looks forward to returning to those places.”

DeLuca has been touring America, performing not only for college audiences, but also for corporations with his Corporate Hypnosis® show and Power Napping® for Less Stress Workshop. DeLuca specializes in evoking one’s imagination and using it to their advantage.

“Putting audiences to sleep has made hypnotist Tom DeLuca the year’s big man on campus,” states People Magazine, which is among the extensive list of corporate and media institutions that have offered positive reviews on DeLuca’s work.

Tom DeLuca earned his Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. Before taking to the stage, he worked as a therapist and performed in local civic groups. As he grew more comfortable on stage and proficient with his skills in hypnosis, DeLuca took to the road, beginning in the mid-west before attaining national notoriety.

General admission tickets cost $5 and $3 for students and alumni with proper identification. Alumni interested in attending can contact the Long Island Alumni Office at (631) 447-3215 or alumni@sjcny.edu. All seats are on a first come, first serve basis. For more information, visit www.sjcny.edu.
