Credidio was selected for her positive leadership qualities, continuously displaying traits that contributed to a positive campus environment and enhancing the quality of student life through her participation in campus groups. Andrew Wenzler ’21 received the award for SJC Brooklyn, SJC’s flagship campus in Clinton Hill.

“The Donald R. Boomgaarden Leadership in Action Award was created to acknowledge and celebrate the dedicated and tireless leadership President Boomgaarden exemplified in guiding SJC during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Christopher R. Carroll, ’88, Esq., chair of SJC's Board of Trustees. “The inaugural winners, Carly Credidio and Andrew Wenzler, both graduates of the Class of 2021, have excelled in academics and service and demonstrated positive leadership and extraordinary involvement in the SJC community.”
