Nominations forms must be received by April 20 for the induction year. If your nomination is not chosen for this year, you are able to re-nominate your candidate. The Golden Eagle Hall of Fame Board of Directors will review all nominations. Inductees will be notified verbally and in writing.
Please provide as much information as possible. The selection committee will do additional research on the nominee if needed. Please, no self-nominations.
