  Presented as part of the SJC "How to" Webinar Series, this live session will feature Dawn Kidd ’12,  M.B.A. ’14, business manager at Center Light Health System. She will discuss ways to deliver feedback and criticism in a supportive manner such that people learn and are inspired to perform to their highest potential.

  Dawn Kidd, a native of Jamaica West Indies, moved to Brooklyn, New York in the early 90s. Her professional journey began when she enrolled at St. Joseph’s College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, earning academic distinction including the Dean’s List for academic achievement and senior honors upon graduation. 

  With a work experience spanning 25 years and passion for many areas including health care, information systems, human resources, finance and executive management, she currently oversees the supervision and coordination of multiple robust diagnostic and treatment centers with the goal of identifying inefficiencies and improving processes while maintaining a nurturing environment that enriches the lives of both patients and employees.

  Kidd is an active member of the SJCNY Alumni Executive Board and the College's formal mentorship program SJCmentor, serving as a mentor and mentee.
