“It is believed that as human beings we naturally seek out the positive and the beautiful in life,” said Wendy Jones, exhibit curator. “The exhibition, #FindingBeauty, presents a variety of images created through the female lens. Each of the six artists brings her unique vision to the exhibition, and by doing so, asks ‘what do you see?’ The hope is for the viewer to be moved in some way, which is in itself, beautiful. As is the creation of something new. Honoring the process, style and technique of each artist’s work is a celebration of the importance of the collective feminine creative, so crucial in the global conversation.”
