The Office of Graduate Management Studies at St. Joseph’s College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Management beginning September 2019.
The successful candidate will possess an earned doctorate from an accredited institution and relevant industry experience. In addition, an MBA is preferred. Evidence of outstanding teaching ability must also be demonstrated.
Responsibilities include teaching twenty-one credits per academic year with courses assigned during the day, evening, and/or online. An interest and willingness to teach online is highly desirable. The primary instructional responsibilities will be to teach undergraduate and graduate management courses including Human Resource Management, Organizational Theory and Design, Strategic Management, and Operations and Quality Management. Additional responsibilities include working with colleagues to advise and mentor undergraduate students and service to the college. The candidate must have day, evening, and weekend availability.
As a tenure track position there is the additional expectation of scholarly research and annual review.
