St. Joseph’s University seeks applications for a non-tenure track position in adolescence education starting fall 2022. Candidates must show evidence of effective teaching in the area of education at the undergraduate level and scholarly research. Relevant work experience at the secondary school level in the specific content area as well as certification in that subject area are required.

Content areas such as mathematics, social studies, TESOL and special education are the greatest needs. Applicants should also have enthusiasm for developing and delivering innovative teaching pedagogies including instructional technologies.

The position is primarily for the Long Island campus, with a willingness to teach on the Brooklyn campus as well.
