Calling All Faculty:

The Study Abroad Conference encourages and celebrates the educational experiences of students, past and current, who have studied abroad. Students will exchange information and ideas in a scholarly manner with the entire College community in a way that fosters a deeper understanding of what it is that makes global learning such an important part of undergraduate education.

We are pleased to announce that St. Joseph's University alumnus Julia Sergison '16 will be this year's keynote speaker. Julia is the Director of Development and she runs the daily operations at the Charlie's Foundation. The Charlie's Foundation teaches children English through sports, which prepares them for the local tourist-based economy.

Encourage your students to attend the conference so they can engage with Julia Sergison, connect with peers and learn firsthand how lives, careers and communities are transformed through study abroad!
