David Holzman is an acclaimed pianist who specializes in music from the 20th and 21st centuries. His performances have been described as electrifying and his recordings have earned him a Grammy nomination. Holzman will discuss how music has evolved over his lifetime and play pieces to demonstrate these changes. He will be the inaugural artist in the CFA new series Niche Masters, featuring master artists of varying genre that have pioneered or made great strides in a specialized field.
