SJC to Host Career Fair for Local NYS Senators

PATCHOGUE, N.Y. DECEMBER 4, 2013 St. Josephs College will host a Career Fair co-sponsored by New York State Senators Phil Boyle (R-4th district), John Flanagan (R-2nd district), Kenneth LaValle (R-1st district) and Lee Zeldin (R-3rd district) on Friday, December 6 from noon to 3 p.m. in the John A. Danzi Athletic Center located on its Long Island Campus in Patchogue, N.Y.

"I am so thankful to be working with St. Josephs College in hosting this much needed Career Fair, said Senator Phil Boyle. "While our Long Island economy continues to rebound, institutions such as St. Josephs help pave the way toward a full recovery.

More than 50 employers are expected to attend this event, giving job seekers the opportunity to meet one-on-one with potential employers. A resume writing and interview skills workshop will be offered on a first come, first served basis from 12:30-2 p.m.

The John A. Danzi Center is located at 155 W. Roe Blvd. in Patchogue, and is accessible via the South Service Road of Sunrise Highway, just east of Exit 52 (Waverly Ave.).
