A native of the Hudson Valley, Joe Ross has held faculty and leadership positions in serving both traditional and adult student populations. He performs organizational development/leadership consulting with both local and global teams and has also enjoyed time as a Division III Basketball Coach, twice named Hudson Valley Men's Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.  

Scholarly & Professional Interests

Adult/Child Communication in the Culture of Youth Athletics: publishes and presents scholarship to professional organizations, while also volunteering with community teams, parents, and coaches to enhance the experience of child participants

Organizational Development/Leadership Consulting: engages both local and global teams in areas including project management, group dynamics, decision making strategies, and organizational culture change
