Child Study with a Concentration in History
“Shortly after becoming a member of the SJC community, I made the decision to join clubs, broaden my horizons and find friends. I became a member of an amazing sorority of which I was able to find wonderful people I get to call my sisters, and I was a part of the Orientation Team. There are so many reasons to love campus life here.”
History and Political Science
Being in the honors program is one of the most fulfilling experiences I have had while at St. Joseph’s College. This program helped me meet some great friends and form strong bonds. It has also given me the ability to travel abroad and expand my knowledge about another country.
“My goal is to be able to connect with my patients and their families and provide them the best possible care. St. Joseph’s College has already provided me with a great foundation for my nursing career, and I am looking forward to completing the program this spring.”
“When I was searching for colleges, my eyes would always point toward SJC. The overall compact size of the school gave it a more friendly, homelike feeling. When I went to the College's open house, the people greeting me legitimately seemed happy to be there and to meet other future students, which set it apart from other colleges.”
“I feel that my time at SJC has made me a more well-rounded individual. Aside from getting a great education in class, my conversations with professors outside of the classroom have exposed me to new subjects and viewpoints that have broadened my horizons. Additionally, through my service activities here, I have developed a much stronger sense of direction and purpose.”
“Without the scholarship and the St. Joseph’s need-based grant, I would not be at this school. I am taking advantage of all of the opportunities St. Joe’s has to offer. I even have the opportunity to continue playing soccer alongside my best friend since we were eight. And the College has exposed me to so many career tracks I can take with a mathematics degree."
