St. Joseph’s University, New York is deeply saddened by the news of The College of Saint Rose closing after its more than century old history of proudly serving a diverse body of undergraduate and graduate learners.

We offer our heartfelt understanding and faithful encouragement to the entire Saint Rose community during this challenging time. Our shared ideals, which are deeply rooted in the tradition and history of the Sisters of St. Joseph, and our commitment to the charism of our founding Sisters, connects us as a close-knit community dedicated to providing our students with the personal attention and encouragement that is the hallmark of a St. Joseph’s education.
