Dillon Child Study Center to Host Winterfest

BROOKLYN, N.Y. – November 20, 2015 – The Dillon Child Study Center at St. Joseph’s College (SJC) is pleased to announce that it will hold its annual Winterfest on Saturday, December 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Tuohy Hall Auditorium at SJC Brooklyn.

“Winterfest is a wonderful day for the family, full of great activities, holiday shopping and entertainment,” said Dr. Suzie Shapiro, director of the Dillon Child Study Center at SJC Brooklyn. “All of the proceeds raised from this event will go toward new equipment and opportunities for the children.”

This event features a wide array of holiday-themed entertainment for the entire family. Children will have the opportunity to have their pictures taken with Santa Claus, as well as the chance to paint their own snow globes, construct holiday ornaments and decorate picture frames. Parents will be able to shop from a range of handcrafted holiday items and decorations.
