The B.S. in Health Administration promotes the career and educational advancement of health care professionals. This program is designed to provide an understanding of the general concepts in health care administration, and to provide the broad range of management and analytical tools necessary to succeed.
The health administration degree prepares students to handle complex new developments in health care delivery, management, computer applications, law, bioethics, finance and policy, giving students the skills they require to meet the challenges in an ever-changing health care environment. The undergraduate program is suited to interest a wide spectrum of professionals, including those with little health care experience.
